This colored die photo was part of a PR campaign for Allayer Communications. It shows a microphotograph of a key Allayer semiconductor device. The original die photo is shown at the right. AMSLINK scanned the microphotograph and processed it in Photoshop until a more attractive graphic was created. This helped Allayer obtain a cover story with a leading electronics magazine.
