Allayer Employee Benefits Information

Allayer believes that its growth and future is dependent on the personal and professional growth of each individual employee, and therefore we offer a variety of benefits and recreational activities to help our employees achieve this. Our employees' health and that of their families are also important to us, and our benefit programs have been selected to offer you and your family quality benefits with minimal out of pocket expenses.

In addition to our benefits plans, Allayer's total compensation package offers competitive salaries and equity incentives. Allayer awards Incentive Stock Options to all employees, giving them the opportunity to benefit from increases in the value of the company stock.

Below is a summary of the benefit plans that Allayer offers. Whether it's health benefits for you and your family, or a 401(k) savings plan to help you plan for your future, Allayer has the benefits to meet your needs.

Eligibility
 
All regular full-time employees are eligible to participate in Allayer's benefit programs. The medical coverage is effective on the first day of employment, while vision and dental plan coverages begin on the first of the month following employment.
Health Plans
 
Allayer offers Lifeguard HMO medical insurance, Delta Dental Preferred dental coverage, and VSP vision coverage. Allayer pays 100 percent of the employee's premium costs and subsidizes the cost of dependent coverage.
Holiday and Vacation
 
Allayer observes 10 holidays per year (8 fixed and 2 floating holidays selected by the employee). All regular full-time employees accrue a minimum of 10 vacation days per year.
Sick Leave
 
All regular full-time employees accrue 10 sick days per year, to a maximum of 160 hours.
Section 125 Plan
 
Under our IRS Section 125 premium only plan, payroll deductions taken for your dependent's premium costs can be made on a pre-tax basis, reducing your taxable wage base and taxable earnings on your W-2.
401 (K) Plan
 
Employees can contribute 1-15% of their gross pay, up to the maximum allowable limit determined by the IRS, into a variety of Fidelity Investment Funds. These pre-tax savings for retirement lower your taxable wage base and taxable earnings on your W-2, reducing the amount of taxes you owe.
Recreational Activities
 
While all of us at Allayer believe in working hard, we also believe it is important for employees to obtain a work-life balance. Allayer provides various activities for our employees to relax and enjoy themselves. Some of our activities and events include:
