You will act as the primary resource to design evaluation or demo boards which serve as the in-house ASIC verification or validation platform. Working with FAEs/Sales, you will also be responsible for providing first line technical support and solutions for our OEM customers integrating Allayer Ethernet LAN switching products and fiber optics ICs into their network equipment. Other responsibilities include preparing technical documentation such as application notes, data sheets, product definitions, etc. We require a BS/MSEE or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years experience (networking/chip design applications preferred). Excellent communication skills are required.

Put your networking ASIC design expertise to work in a top-notch design team working on leading edge LAN/WAN and optical communication products. Qualifications include BSEE (MSEE or Ph.D. preferred) and a minimum of 3 years experience. Responsibilities include architectural definition, block level design, simulation, synthesis and timing verification. The position requires experience in taking a design from concept to production, strong verilog/VHDL language skills and knowledge of functional verification, synthesis, timing verification and testing. You will be a hands-on manager for a small applications engineering team supporting both internal customers and strategic accounts. Responsibilities include working with FAE/Sales learning and understanding customer requirements, providing technical architecture and device consultation, preparing and presenting technical presentations and documentation. This position requires a BSEE (MSEE preferred), and a minimum of 10 years IC networking applications experience with 3 years in a management capacity.

Direct the marketing programs for Allayer's Optical Networking portfolio. This position requires an experienced marketing professional with a technical background to lead the marketing programs for Allayer's Optical Networking strategy. A deep understanding of high bandwidth semiconductors in the Networking/Communications segment is a must. This motivated individual will lead Allayer's product definition, customer design in and marketing strategy of its leading 10Gbit products. Requires minimum of 10 years experience in communications and semiconductors, BSEE/MSEE preferred.

We are looking for a Controller to prepare/interpret the financial information necessary to manage general and cost accounting activities such as chart of accounts, financial statements, and payroll reporting; prepare and analyze budget projections and forecasts; and to establish controls to assure functions are performed accurately, on time and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals. Responsibilities include preparing technical presentations and other material for customers and the sales channel, design reviews, and hands-on troubleshooting. Requires BSEE/MSEE and a minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductor design/applications (fast ethernet or Gbit ethernet desired), strong presentation skills, excellent communication skills and customer service/solution oriented attitude.
