To assist its OEM customers, Allayer provides evaluation systems and software so that various configurations can be tested in real world applications.  Sixteen Port Fast Ethernet Switch Reference Design CAD Information: Do You Have An Allayer Unmanaged Fast Ethernet Switch?If so, here is a small utility program that let's you program the configuration of your switch via the parallel port. Just connect the parallel port of your desktop PC or laptop to the parallel port of the Allayer unmanaged switch, and run the simple DOS program, "Para.exe" for the 8-port switch, and "Para100.exe" for the 16-port switch. It will let you configure the switch for 10 or 100 Mpbs operation, as well as setting the other programmable features. Download the switch configuration software by clicking here:
